Who is responsible
Andrei Hutu, Independent Project Initiator, uses CarpaSilicon as the name of this project. Privacy questions can be sent to contact@carpasilicon.ro.
Website visits
When this site is accessed, technical access data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser information and error or security events may be processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver and protect the site. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so technical connection data may also be transmitted to that provider. Hosting may use technically necessary cookies for delivery and security. The browser language is used to choose a site language, and a manually chosen language is saved in local browser storage; no location lookup is used for language selection. The public website does not offer an account or contact form.
Email enquiries
If you email contact@carpasilicon.ro, your email address and the content you provide are used to receive and respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting correspondence. Please do not send confidential information without agreeing an appropriate process first.
Protected administration
The protected admin area uses Clerk for sign-in. Only people accessing that area provide authentication details such as an identifier or email address and session-related technical data. Clerk processes those details to authenticate users and protect admin access; public visitors do not need to sign in.
Storage and requests
Technical data and correspondence are kept only as needed for the stated purposes, security and applicable obligations; exact hosting and authentication retention periods depend on the respective services. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information relating to you, contact contact@carpasilicon.ro. Applicable law may also provide a right to complain to a data-protection authority.
