What is known. What remains open.

03 / How the project is being de-risked

Replace assumptions with evidence.

The next task is to document evidence in each workstream. These are required checks, not completed milestones.

Market
Next checkTest target specifications and demand with prospective buyers; document qualification requirements.
Technology
Next checkAsk OEM/EPC teams to assess furnace configuration, phasing and infrastructure interfaces.
Raw Materials
Next checkTest candidate feedstocks for process suitability before selecting a supply route.
Energy
Next checkAssess grid access, load profile, sourcing and commercial viability together.
Financing
Next checkBring validated technical and commercial assumptions into an investment case.

Decision rule: do not advance to major investment without documented evidence for every critical condition below.

04 / Strategic rationale

European supply starts with viable fundamentals.

Silicon metal serves aluminium, silicones, chemicals and advanced materials. Romania is being assessed as a potential production base for European demand.

05 / Technology

An established route. An unvalidated configuration.

SAF is an established industrial process, not a validated design for this project. Furnace configuration, phasing and infrastructure interfaces require OEM/EPC assessment.

06 / Energy & sustainability

Lower-carbon production is an objective to evaluate.

Power sourcing, load, heat recovery and by-products are being assessed together. No supply, price, grid connection or lower-carbon outcome is secured.

07 / Responsible development

A clear stop rule is part of the plan.

These are open tests, not approvals. A no-go outcome remains possible at every stage.

NO-GODo not advance without evidence on every critical condition.

Preliminary public information

Informational only: not an investment offer, engineering design, legal opinion, financing commitment or implementation guarantee. All assumptions require technical, market, infrastructure, environmental, permitting, financial and commercial validation. No site, raw-material supplier, offtake, partner, investor, financing or state aid is confirmed; no investment decision has been made.
